For example, all the metal hardware we use is either nickel-plated or stainless steel for maximum glider safety. So when shopping other glider stores, ask what the clips, chains, or other metal items are made of. Wrong answers include "I dunno", "it says on the package they are zinc plated" (includes most shiny hardware store items), or "galvanized metal". As Arnold would say: Galvanized and zinc? Plus, by my executive decree, UPS Ground shipping in this store is $6 per Order for the U.S. lower 48 states - no matter how many items you order at a time - even our outstanding cages! My little store is very simple. Orders placed Monday - Friday by 4 PM for delivery in the Continental U.S. are shipped the same day using UPS (my fellow sugar gliders are a different shipping story, see here). As long as you provide us with a valid e-mail address, you will automatically be e-mailed a copy of your order and a link from UPS for tracking the progress of your package through their system; you will be able to see what city the package is currently in and the scheduled delivery date. We also will ship any items excluding cages outside the US lower 48; for more information, click here. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, and Checks as payment. Credit Card orders ship right away, Money Orders ship when we receive the payment, Checks must clear our bank first before we ship which can take up to 10 days. For orders from outside the US and US Territories, we accept only credit cards payable in US Funds as payment.
